We have many years of experience building small passenger vessels designed to carry up to 12 people +1 at the helm. Our vessels can be found operating year round from Coast to Coast and from Alaska to California. We have designed and built many sizes up to 36' to preform almost any type of passenger and cargo service. Ranging from hard working water taxis, crew boats, whale watching, inter-island school buses and resort shuttles. We specialize in custom built vessels that will meet your need along with Transport Canada, Canadian and US Coast Guard Safety regulations. Our entire building process meets both the Canadian and U.S. Construction standard.

All we need to know are your needs!
From seating arrangements to storage facilities, enclosed head to small galley pack, open or closed rear deck, walk-thru' transom gates to swim grid, life raft or dinghy, special racks & davits, security, safety, electronic equipment and number of control stations.

Daigle Welding and Marine delivered Le Pelerin, a second, 32'6", 4.7 gross tons, 12-passenger EagleCraft water taxi to a Quebec company, Societe Duvetnor Ltee. of Riviere-du-Loupe, Quebec. Le Petit Lievre was delivered in early 2002. Both vessels are used by Duvetnor to transport guests and freight to their remote lodges and cabins located throughout lower St. Lawrence River waters.

Le Pelerin and Le Petit Lievre were both built to comply with Transport Canada Marine Safety’s (TCMS) proposed Construction Standard TP 1332. They are the first boats built to this standard on the West Coast.

The EagleCraft water taxi, Le Pelerin, built for service on the St. Lawrence River, is powered by twin, 260-hp Volvo KAD44 diesels on Volvo DPE sterndrives which provide 36-knot top speed, 30-knot cruise.
