Top Quality

Our harvest is exceptional. Our wild salmon are harvested in the cold, clear waters of the Johnstone Straits far from their spawning grounds, guaranteeing a firm, rich taste. Individually caught on a barb-less hook and line, each wild salmon is pulled live into the “Stacey Rock” and then dressed by hand. We employ a locally owned and operated cannery and smokehouse committed to producing superior gourmet products. Our fresh fish are expertly cured and packed by hand.

Like all high-quality, hand-prepared wild foods in this world, our supplies are limited and always will be. At each stage, from fishing with barb-less hook and line to hand-dressing each fish as it comes aboard to working with a local family-owned cannery, we choose quality, fair trade and sustainability.

Healthy & Wild

Our wild salmon are rich in omega 3's, protein, and vitamins A & D. These salmon live their adult lives offshore in the remote North Pacific ocean, thriving on the bounty of the deep sea. They return to the coast in prime physical condition, generously feeding marine mammals, bears, birds, forests and all of us.

As opposed to industrially-farmed Atlantic salmon, wild Pacific salmon nourish both us and the environment they live in. They are the backbone of the Pacific Northwest ecosystem. The survival of wild Pacific salmon and the abundance of coastal B.C. is severely threatened by open net cage salmon farms. When you choose our wild salmon you choose health for you and our environment.

Our selective troll fishery has next to no incidental catch. These wild salmon have been caught with reverence. We proudly prepare our harvest for your kitchen, creating the highest quality food for you, and a sustainable fishery for us.
